About me

First of all, I want to personally thank you for supporting and checking out my music. I was born and raised in Perry, GA. I’ve got 3 brothers: Drew, Ty, and Cam. I started playing music when I was 10 years old. My parents homeschooled us, and our music class included taking 15-30min drum lessons. We also took many piano lessons for a few years.

Later in high school, me and my brothers had picked up different instruments (Ty and Drew took on guitar, Cam played bass, and I stuck with the drums and sang) and formed our own family band Left at the Pig. We played at some school events and also opened for my father’s rock n roll band Assisted Living. We split up when we graduated, due to all of us going to different colleges and losing interest. I wanted to keep playing, but couldn’t find a band to join, and I couldn’t go on the road by myself with a drum set, so I started teaching myself guitar. I was the only left-hander in my family, so I learned to play my dad’s right-handed guitar, left-handed and upside down.

I played enough to finally start playing my own gigs in 2021. In 2022, I got to meet some amazing people in Nashville at a unique show called Buddy’s Place, which is where I pursued my love for songwriting. My goal is to write music of all topics that can make people smile, find joy in their hearts, and even build them up from whatever they are going through.
